Tyler's 6th grade graduation had a fun slide show of all their activities, a continental breakfast for all the families, a variety show(very last minute) of the students, and promotion ceremony.
Here he is waiting to speak.
He introduced himself and described his favorite school memory....you guessed it. Being the Genie in the Aladdin play.
after he rec'd his certicate.
Watching the variety show. We are so proud of you, Tyler. 7th grade is going to be an exciting adventure!

Good mail.
Look what arrived for me!

My friend, Stacy, received these in the mail and in turn had them send some to me! So sweet of her to think of me. Such a great marketing! Speaking of Stacy, have ya'll been to her shop? I just ordered a new bag from her. Can't wait! The headbands are still such a great hit around here and it was so fun to see two of her little friends wearing them at preschool. Check her out.
Children at play.
HYSterical. I wish I had videotaped him singing.....I don't know what he was singing(not sure he knew either), but he was passionate about it.
Most of the pictures I took, she is so intense and focused that she almost looks mad. Here was a nice, quick smile for Mom.Splish, splash.

Happy Birthday Brad!
Today, my cousin Brad, celebrated his birthday. I remember when he was this little cutie....
eating his cereal, but his favorite was french toast sticks.
Dressing up in silly outfits....he especially loved those smurf slippers.
brushing his hair all by himself....He was so sweet and such a happy boy.
Now, here he is all grown up..Graduated from high school, driving a cool truck, and working. Happy Birthday Brad! We all love you.

14 months today.
In honor of that, I'll list 14 things that Natalie is doing right now.
1. She says "baby".
2. She is cruising all over the place. She should be walking any day now!
3. She is using her spoon surprisingly well.
4. She has learned from her siblings to hit.....man, oh man, I didn't see it coming this soon!
5. Her second tooth has come in(technically, halfway in).
6. She says "Bye" with a southern twang to it.
7. She climbed onto Michael's bed and with her legs dangling off the side, cried for me to come help her. So cute.
8. She gives me five.
9. She says "Tank you"
10. When you ask for kisses, she usually gives them to you. They were the open-mouth variety, but now she is pursing her lips together and using the kissing sound.
11. She wanted to go to bed tonight and she stood at the bedroom door, knocking on it. Sweet baby.
12. Is fully on milk from a sippy cup!!!
13. She drinks milk from the bowl.....without really spilling anything.
14. She makes me smile every time I look at her. She is such a blessing....as are all my babies:)

A break in the craziness.
Sunday night, we celebrated my mother-in-law, Marie's, birthday. Charles made her favorite....okay, my favorite too, chicken parmesan. I think she had a good time.
Tyler had his big production of Aladdin on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. He really did a great job. They were recording it and plan on selling the DVDs. I can't wait to get one. Trying to videotape with the kids...didn't work out. This pic is from his big number, "Friend, like me". We are so proud of him!
Wednesday, Lindsey invited us to a Mother's Day Tea. There was a performance with all the preschooler.
Can you spot her?
Here they are singing "Thank you God for making me, me"
Lindsey and her buddy, McKenna.

In the rearview mirror.
I know I am not any different than alot of Moms who chauffeur their kids around. Some travel even further and longer. For me it is about 4 hours in the car. Here is just a glimpse at what I see.
Michael the rock star.......this picture totally cracks me up. I don't know what he was singing, but it was with feeling!
A happy, peaceful moment. Which, believe me is rare!
Michael once again taking on the status of a very cool person. Lindsey was singing "Thank you God for making me, me."
Natalie passed out. I have never seen her sleep this hard, with her tongue sticking out. She must of been exhausted.
Of course, this I see every single day as I am about to pick up Lindsey at her preschool. No lie, every time. What should take me only 5 minutes to do....ends up being 15 or 20.
Next year it will be different though. Lindsey starts kindergarten only 4 blocks away from us. Michael will be just as close at preschool. It will be much calmer, I think. Glad I took some pictures to remember this time, as time-consuming and tiring as it is.

Lindsey's photography debut.
For Christmas, Santa brought the kids a Fisher Price Kid tough digital camera. I never downloaded the pictures because a)the kids kept deleting them b) I am the worst procrastinator. Until yesterday.
Lindsey's view of her parasol at the fair.

I love this photo. This is at the zoo. Can you see the fish that she was trying to take a picture of? Man that tank/window is dirty. I just love her shoes.
Saturday, Charles took Lindsey, Michael and Natalie to the zoo. By himself!!!! She took this great pic of an anteater.
Grandma and Grandpa posing for her.

A recap of sorts.
We had our yard sale Saturday. We didn't get our signs out til 7 am and we still made $350! I told you we are the worst procrastinators. It really feels good to get rid of all of that stuff!
Our two pedialyte popsicle babies! Funny, no one made an offer on them????
Grandpa must be so proud. Is this the cutest sleep position ever?
