Sleep has never felt sooo good!

Okay, okay...you aren't going to believe this! Friday night, Natalie slept 41/2 hours, woke to eat and be changed, went back to sleep for 4 1/2 hours! It was like a dream. A dream that I was sure would not be repeated. Last night she slept 5 hours, woke to eat and be changed, and slept for 3 more hours! I think my body is in shock with this sudden excess of sleep! The question is...will this continue or was it an early Mother's Day present from Natalie? Either way, what a weekend!!!

4 Hours!

Last night, our little sweetie slept 4 hours!!! Okay, she really slept 4 hours and 15 minutes. I don't want to brag too much! It was so nice to be able to sleep for that long. You really can't appreciate sleep until you have had a baby. We have 3 others, we should know this. Somehow you forget that you stumble through the day without showering and all you manage to get done is feeding, changing and cleaning the baby. We remember now that Natalie has arrived. Thanks for giving us a little break, Natalie.

Playing catch up.

Lately, it seems I am so far behind in everything. It is all so very overwhelming. Just when I finish the last load of laundry and feel like I have accomplished something, I look in (insert any one of the kid's names here) room and it looks like a hurricane blew through. This is only the tip of the iceberg.............

*****Make and keep an appointment for a cleaning with the dentist. I was supposed to go like 3 months ago.

*****Let my husband know daily how much I appreciate and love him.

*****Read Asperger's and Adolescence, that I started 5 months ago. It really is not that thick of a book!

*****So many birthdays and anniversaries....Happy Anniversary Tina and Ross, Shannon and Jason, Christina and Dan! Happy Belated birthday Zackery, Lillian, Joellen, Miranda, Nickie, Anthony, and Elizabeth.

*****Spring cleaning. This year it seems spring will end in October. Just in time for the holidays:)

*****Download songs on my beautiful cell phone with Mp3 player Charles got me. That will take all year, I don't even know how to use it yet. (Gosh, I am old)

*****Get these thank you notes done.....All of you have sent such wonderful gifts and cards for our little Natalie and we love it all! Thank you!

*****I am so behind on reminding all of you what you mean to us. I hope I am not sounding too sappy, but I am so happy to have all of you in our lives.

*****Taking photos and the blog. I want to keep up, but some days it is harder than others.

With that said, please enjoy some photos of Easter. Hey, I am only 4 days late!

Colors by Lindsey & Michael.

After the Easter egg hunt and a nap......we colored eggs! It was a much more difficult to get great photos while trying to keep the dye on the table and not all over the floor. Lindsey had a lot of fun, as usual. Michael really enjoyed it, but kept wanting to lick the eggs. I think a couple of his were truly artistic.

Steady now. Posted by Picasa

Easter Egg Hunt!

Saturday was so much fun. The kids really had a good time. Enjoy the photos. There aren't any photos Michael because I went with Lindsey in the 3-4 age group and Charles went with Michael in the 2 year old group. My Dad followed Michael with the camera. Rest assured, I will bombard you with those photos when he sends them to me.
