After picking all those apples at the orchard last week, we have been having apples everyday. I made apple crisp, 2 apple pies, and apple french toast. There are still some apples left! Wow, they go a long way. It was delicious and fun. It was nice that Michael and Lindsey wanted to help too.

yum-o! that sounds delish! my hubby and i take peaches and dice them up and saute them in a bit of butter and brown sugar and pour over ice cream! i'm gonna try that with apples now!
