Fever & Friends....

The house is finally getting back to normal after this weekend. Michael & Lindsey had fevers of 103 along with vomiting...it was crazy. One after another. Our weekend pretty much looked like thisDon't you feel for him? I think Lindsey is ready to go back to school tomorrow. The verdict is still out on little man Michael.

Even with the kids sick this entire weekend, it was a pleasant one. I guess it was because Friday was such a good day! I was able to finally get my hair done...YAY! And we went out on a double date with my new friend, Annie & her husband. We went to dinner @ Kingfisher. The swordfish was delicious! After dinner, we couldn't decide where to go....we hit CVS for socks and went

bowling! Here is Brian, Annie's husband, showing off his skillz.

And Annie rocking those bowling shoes. Is she adorable or what? They are really nice, fun people and I am so happy that we met. Hopefully, we will do it again very soon.

Speaking of sweet friends, look what Lori was kind enough to send me!

Can you believe all of the goodness? The scavo lettered blocks, the yummy peanut M&M's, the fun spring napkins, blast from my past memo pad, flower coffee mug, raspberry ice Crystal Light, and the new issue of Living magazine were so, so unexpected! So appreciated and so, so....me!

The card made me cry....you are a dear friend, Lori.

And I CAN't forget the 2 beautiful eggs she made for me. Just precious. Thank you Lori for making my week, truly!

Heather- I am so sorry that your little ones have been sick. 103 degrees is a scary temperature! I hope that you are seeing an end in sight...

I'm so glad that your package arrived at a good time. It sounds like you needed a pick me up.:) You are one in a million, Sweetie! Lori

It's too bad the kids are sick, but it's great you still had a fun weekend.

Where's the picture of your new hair do?

I'm so glad you have a blog friend who is as generous as you are! I wish I could be like you and Lori!
