She's getting big!

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile....we've been kind of busy :) Natalie is really growing. At her 2 week check-up she weighed in at 7lbs 9oz and was 20 1/4 inches long. This doesn't sound like she has gained much from her birth weight, but when she was one day old, she only weighed 6lbs 120z. We know she lost much more when she came home. Needless to say, we were very happy to hear that she is gaining!

Who does she look like?

So many have asked...who does she favor? We don't know! It is evident from the photos posted below that they are definitely related, that's for sure. One thing I have noticed is that she has her Daddy's fingers. Piano hands, I call them. She is such a sweet baby....I will post more when I have time. She is ready for her lunch!

That's Lindsey's take on her new sister. We will see what she thinks in the coming weeks:) The kids have really done well considering this is such a big change in their routine. Michael has been so loving and caring with Natalie. He is already protective of her. Tyler has been doing quite well too. He has kissed her, along with tickling her feet/hands. That truly surprised us. I can't believe I have 4 children!!!! Being an only child, I always wanted a big family. I can safely say, I got my wish in a big wonderful way!

Welcome to the world, Little One.

Natalie Elizabeth Scavo made her debut Saturday, March 11, 2006 at 1:42 p.m. She weighed 7 lbs, 4 oz and is 19 inches long. What a little sweetie!

Be warned........You will be shocked.

Wednesday night, Michael got his haircut with "the guys". He was not very happy about it...At all. The woman cutting his hair did the best she could with the wiggler/screamer/escape artist. I will have to do another trim to clean up the areas she couldn't get to. Doesn't he look different? I cried when it was done. It's official he is a big boy!!!!!! I'll try to get some better photos soon.

Some other noteworthy news................

****Grandma Jo made it to town......She left the weather in New York behind only to have it follow her here! We are supposed to be getting a foot of snow tomorrow!

****I am still pregnant and boy, does it show!

****Lindsey informed me that she no longer wants a little sister anymore.........Because she is just "too big".

****Another wave of Thomas the tank Engine obsessiveness has hit the Scavo household. Not only Tyler and Lindsey, but now Michael loves it. There is no escape!!
