Happy Birthday America

We had a wonderful holiday weekend! We went to Mom and Dad's for a barbeque on the 3rd. The kids had a good time.....especially the red, white, and blue popsicles! Grandma Russell made it back from her month long trip in Florida. It sounds like she had a wonderful time with everyone. She misses them already:) The whole weekend we pretty much spent it in the pool. Charles worked on our ramada...it's almost done....yayy! It was 107 degrees and he was on the roof:( The kids had a great time with red, white, and blue sno-cones we made at home, as well as, the American favorites of hamburgers, hot dogs, rolls and corn-on-the cob. We drove to watch fireworks and Lindsey said the "stars are so preeety". It was a fun weekend.
